Another way is to block “delivery.mp.microsoft.com” in router security, block sites.

ok just to be clear, it is not a virus, it is moreover windows update traffic

the question is even after disabling the windows update why i am able to see traffic for Tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com in my firewall
